Obentric is a product of Tech Premier Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14515262), headquartered in Leeds, UK. We are the data controller for information collected through obentric.com.
We collect information you provide when registering (name, email, company details), usage data generated while using the platform, and technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and performance purposes.
Your data is used to provide and improve the Obentric platform, process payments via Stripe, send service communications, and comply with UK legal obligations including HMRC reporting requirements.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a period of 7 years thereafter to comply with UK accounting and tax regulations.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or port your personal data. You may also object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at privacy@obentric.com to exercise these rights.
We use Stripe for payment processing, and may share data with HMRC as required by Making Tax Digital legislation. We do not sell your data to third parties.

By accessing or using Obentric, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable UK laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Obentric provides cloud-based business management software including accounting, payroll, HR, CRM, project management, inventory, asset management, and AI tools for UK small and medium businesses.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store card details on our servers.
You may not use Obentric to violate any laws, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malicious code, or engage in any activity that disrupts the platform or its users.
Your business data remains yours. Tech Premier Limited will not access, use, or share your data except as required to provide the service or comply with legal obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Tech Premier Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Obentric.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
