1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Obentric, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable UK laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Service description
Obentric provides cloud-based business management software including accounting, payroll, HR, CRM, project management, inventory, asset management, and AI tools for UK small and medium businesses.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Subscription and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store card details on our servers.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Obentric to violate any laws, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malicious code, or engage in any activity that disrupts the platform or its users.
6. Data and confidentiality
Your business data remains yours. Tech Premier Limited will not access, use, or share your data except as required to provide the service or comply with legal obligations.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Tech Premier Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Obentric.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
